SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Routine in Reach currently ships to Canada, the United States, and Australia.

Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping is available for all orders to these destinations.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated delivery
Canada: 10–20 business days after processing.
United States: 10–20 business days after processing.
Australia: 10–25 business days after processing.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can cause delays.

Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Items in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Address changes
Email aliakberraza7@gmail.com as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We can change an address only before fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for information entered incorrectly at checkout.

Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If an order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email aliakberraza7@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the shipping provider or supplier on an appropriate resolution.
