Overview
Routine in Reach is operated by Ali Raza. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, purchase a product, or otherwise use our services. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

Eligibility and account information
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information and to keep your account credentials secure.

Products and availability
We try to display product descriptions, colours, measurements, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. We may update, limit, or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, inventory problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Prices may be displayed in local currency. Taxes, customs duties, import charges, or currency conversion charges may apply depending on the delivery destination and payment provider. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and confirming that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape customer information, misuse store content, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights.

Intellectual property
The Routine in Reach name, site design, text, graphics, photographs, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Routine in Reach. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit store content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, advertising, fulfillment, and shipping services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Routine in Reach remains the seller for purchases made through this store.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. Routine in Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. We may suspend access to the store when necessary to protect customers, the business, or the platform, or when these terms are violated.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available where you live.
